Founded in 2012, Chance Development is a construction and remodeling company based in Baltimore. For the past ten years, they’ve dedicated their focus to rehabbing vacant or outdated properties into luxury housing, as well as new builds, historic renovations, commercial builds and interior design.

The company’s focus is the Baltimore area, Fells Point, Canton, Highlandtown, and Patterson Park neighborhoods. The team has completed 200 houses thus far, and are continuing to expand services in the commercial and design area.

The inspiration for this company came at a young age from Brian and his interest in the construction industry. During the summers his father who worked in construction, would take him to job sites to view his progress in his work. This is where the journey and inspiration began.

Brian Chance served on active duty in the US Army for 12 years, and was discharged in 2004 and returned to his hometown of Baltimore. Brian is married to Samantha Chance (Realtor and Interior Designer) for over 10 years. They have a 9 year old daughter and 7 year old son and currently live in Charm City, Baltimore. The kids go to school in the city and the family enjoys their lifestyle in Baltimore.

They are very involved in the Baltimore community and continue to make the city a better place with their creative touch in design and building. Their first project was the home that they lived in, 2936 Baltimore Street. This home was eventually flipped and sold with success. After the completion of the project, Brain founded Chance Development in 2012 and hasn’t stopped since.
